He is also a member of the Board of Advisors of the Vietnam Wealth Advisers (VWA) and the Director of the Master in Accounting and Finance Programme at the University of Bristol. Tuan’s main research interest is investment analysis, financial markets, and economic development of ASEAN countries. His research has been published in reputable academic journals such as the Journal of Business Finance & Accounting, Accounting and Business Research, International Review of Financial Analysis, Accounting and Finance, and Australian Economic Papers. He is also a regulator contributor to Vietnamese business newspapers and magazines, such as Vietnam Investment Review, The Saigon Times, Saigon Investment & Finance and his opinions on Vietnam’s businesses were featured on mass media channels such as VTV and Nikkei Asia. Before joining the academia, Tuan was Chief Economist and Senior Analyst at Rong Viet Securities Company.\nSession host: Dr Vu Trinh ( https://www.linkedin.com/in/vu-trinh-1ab71619/ ) is an Assistant Professor in Accounting and Finance at the Newcastle University Business School (NUBS), Newcastle University (UK). Trinh specialises in the areas of corporate governance, leadership, green finance, and sustainability. Trinh is the editor (e.g., Section Editor, Associate Editor, Academic Editor) of several journals such as Business Research Quarterly, Journal of Business Perspectives, SAGE Open, PLOS ONE, among others.
